how to make enchiladas

make a drink

saute onion, garlic, jalapeno, chipotle, and green peppers

add to crushed and diced tomatoes and simmer

marinate chicken in lime, garilc, e.v.o.o. and blend of mex spices

chop it up and grill it.

add to the tomato sauce and simmer

wrap it in a tortilla

put a bunch of cheese on it, then pour sauce over the top

put it in the oven for a few minutes

throw some chopped cilantro on top

the first time harry ever had enciladas, refried beans, or guacamole
